Bone broth is a liquid from brewed bones and connective tissues that contains many important nutrients and minerals derived from these tissues. It’s said to be beneficial for the joints and digestive system, among other things.

Bone broth is rich in nutrients because bones themselves are heavy in vitamins and nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. Brewing connective tissue into bone broth provides the body with natural compounds from the cartilage. Tissues and bones also contain collagen which provides the body with amino acids.
